Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g butter
- 60 g semolina
- 1 egg(s)
- Salt
- Ginger powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Soup garnish
Melt the butter in a double boiler. Stir in the egg, then the semolina and the spices. Let the dough rest for at least 1 hour. Use a teaspoon to cut out small dumplings. Add these dumplings to the boiling soup as a garnish and simmer for about 15 minutes.
