- 40 g semolina
- 20 g butter, lukewarm
- 1 egg(s)
- Salt
- Nutmeg, grated
Instructions

Soup garnish
Cream the butter until fluffy, beat the room-tempered egg thoroughly, and slowly stir it into the butter. Stir in the semolina and spices, let stand for 15 minutes. Form dumplings using a teaspoon dipped in water. Place in boiling salted water or soup, let simmer for 3 minutes. Briefly rinse with cold water, cover, and let stand for 10 minutes.
