- 140 g semolina
- nutmeg

Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for approx. 16 semolina dumplings
Cream the butter until fluffy. Add the egg, salt, and nutmeg. Add the topping and mix thoroughly. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes, then form small dumplings. Then add the dumplings to boiling(!) water and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, until tender. Remove from the water and use as a soup garnish (e.g., in beef broth).
