Semolina Dumplings with Pear Wedges and Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
 

semolina

  • 0,5 l Milk
  • 75 g Semolina
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Wake-Up flour
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Pear wedge

  • 3 Pears
  • 0,5 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 shot White wine
  • 0,1 l Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Earth

  • 4 Bollen Vanilla icecream

Instructions
 

  • Peel the pears, remove the core and cut into wedges. Bring to the boil with water, cinnamon stick and sugar and then peel back and steam them until soft. Finally, add a dash of wine, chill.
  • In a saucepan, bring the milk, salt and sugar to the boil, then add the semolina and let it swell slowly. Then stir in the egg.
  • Melt the wake-up flour with butter and cut off the semolina dumplings with a spoon and cover with the melted wake-up flour.
  • Serve the pear wedges and vanilla ice cream with the semolina dumplings.
