Pot Dumplings on Strawberry Fruit Level with Vanilla Ice Cream and Caramel Almonds

- 250 g Potting
- 15 dag Plain wheat flour
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Weißengries
- Strawberries
- Vanilla sugar
- Breadcrumbs
- Butter
- Salt
- Water
- Vanilla icecream
- 1 Hand voll Mandeln
- Mix the saucepan, flour, eggs, oil and semolina well. Then let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes
- Form dumplings with 2 spoons and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.
- Melt a slice of butter in a pan, add breadcrumbs and sugar and roast. Then roll the pot dumplings in the breadcrumbs
- Strawberry sauce: puree the strawberries, bring to the boil with vanilla sugar
- Caramel almonds: Caramelize the sugar, add the flaked almonds, mix well and allow to cool on a plate.
- Serve the pot dumplings on the strawberry fruit mirror with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and the almond caramel flakes. The recipe is really super simple and sure to work. Have fun cooking at home!
