Semolina with Red Wine – Figs

The perfect semolina with red wine – figs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 Milliliters Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 25 g Semolina
  • 75 Milliliters Dry red wine
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Cloves
  • 0,5 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Fig fresh
  • Mint fresh

  1. Bring 2,100 ml milk with sugar and salt to the boil. Stir semolina into the rest of the milk and stir into the boiling milk. Take off the stove and let it swell.
