Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 375 g smoked belly
  • 3 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 1 can white beans
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • oregano
  • Thyme
  • rosemary
  • basil
  • 2 potatoes, boiled
  • 1 piece(s) butter
  • 1 liter meat broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cut the smoked pork belly into cubes and fry without fat. Sauté the onion and leek in the cubes. Chop the tomatoes and add them. Pour in 1 liter of meat broth. Cook until the leek is tender. Finally, add the white beans. Season with salt, pepper, hot paprika, a little oregano, thyme, rosemary, and basil. Finally, chop two boiled potatoes from the previous day and add a knob of butter.
