Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 Cabanossi
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 gr. can/n beans, white
- 1 gr. can/n kidney beans
- 1 gr. can/n tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
- e.g. tomato paste
- some mustard
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- Broth, clear, instant
- some parsley
- some basil
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
Cut the Cabanossi into small pieces and fry with the onion and ground beef. Dice the vegetables and bell peppers and add them to the beef. Fill with water and add the beans and pizza tomatoes. Simmer gently and season with spices. A quick recipe that’s always great for parties. Serve with white bread and you’re done.
