Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g cucumber(s), pitted, very finely diced
- 5 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pepper, black from the mill
- 4 bagels (sesame bagels), halved crosswise
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 1 handful of lettuce leaves
- ½ bunch arugula
- 2 m.-sized tomatoes, sliced
- 50 g cucumber(s), sliced
- 120 g gravlax
- ½ bunch dill, picked into flags
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix cucumber cubes with sour cream and season with lemon juice and pepper. Spread this cream on all bagel halves. Top the bottom halves with lettuce leaves, arugula, tomatoes, cucumber slices, and salmon, season with pepper, scatter dill on top, and place the top halves on top. Tip: Instead of bagels, you can also use 8 warmed German biscuits.
