Sesame chicken with rice noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 70 g sesame seeds
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g rice noodles
  • Milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (fan). Rinse the chicken breast fillet and season with salt and pepper. Whisk the egg with a little milk and a pinch each of salt and pepper. Then coat the chicken breast fillet first in the egg and then in the sesame seeds. Place the chicken breast fillet in a baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Add the rice noodles to boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
