Ingredients

  • 300 g Tuna sushi quality
  • 1 Fresh mango
  • 1 Cucumber fresh
  • Mini mozzarella
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame fresh
  • Tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mild sheep cheese
  • Olive oil

Instructions

Preparations

  • First, I put the tuna in soy sauce and turn it while I prepare the other ingredients. I cut the washed tomatoes into slices and place them on a large plate. Cut the sheep cheese into slices, halve the mini mozzarella and alternately distribute this on the tomatoes. Peel the mango and cut one piece for the tomato with sheep cheese, one slice each, and place on top. Dice the remaining mango and place a small portion on the tomato with mini mozzarella. I cut the cucumber into slices and place them in the middle of the plate. I put the remaining mango cubes over the cucumber. Now I mix some olive oil with the soy sauce and pepper and marinate everything.

Fry tuna

  • I now press the tuna into the sesame seeds and fry them briefly in olive oil. Then I cut it open and place it decoratively on the plate.
  • I served sesame rings as a bread addition. I was a bit skeptical about the sheep's cheese / mozzarella side dish, but it tasted wonderful.
