Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 110 g sesame paste
- 250 ml milk
- 75 g powdered sugar
- 250 ml cream, cold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes
Add the sesame paste to a heated pan without fat and fry for about 10 minutes. Then let it cool completely. Blend very cold milk with powdered sugar vigorously for about 5 minutes. Then add the cooled sesame paste and blend on high for another 5 minutes. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and gently incorporate it. Then place it in a tightly sealed plastic container and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
