Ingredients for 4 servings:
- some butter
- 240 ml rice (long grain rice), raw
- 480 ml chicken broth
- 1 tsp oil (sesame oil)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the rice, and lightly toast for a few minutes. Pour in the broth and oil, bring to a boil, cover tightly, and simmer gently for 15-25 minutes until the liquid has evaporated/absorbed. Meanwhile, toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan and stir into the rice, then serve.
