Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- 1 leek(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 4 small mushrooms
- 1 jar soy sprouts
- 1 sachet of sauce (Shanghai Spicy from the Asia shelf)
- Soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Wash and trim the vegetables. Slice the leek diagonally and the carrot into thin strips. Dice the bell pepper and slice the mushrooms. Place the leek and carrot in a hot pan and sauté with a little soy sauce. Add the bell pepper and mushrooms and sauté. Add a little more soy sauce if desired. Drain the sprouts and mix in. Drain the cooked noodles and mix in. Finally, pour in the Shanghai sauce, stir well, and heat briefly. Serve on plates. Non-vegetarians can serve with any kind of meat.
