Marble cream with cherries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g sour cherries, drained from the jar
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Divide the cherries among 4 dessert bowls. Mix 250g of yogurt with the seeds of half a vanilla pod and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix another 250g of yogurt with the cocoa, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and rum. Spoon the light cream over the cherries first, then the dark cream, and mix with a fork to create a marbled effect.
