Sheep Cheese – Rocket – Cheese Cream
The perfect sheep cheese – rocket – cheese cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
- 3 tablespoon Yogurt greek
- 3 tablespoon Arugula
- 1 Hot peppers
- 1 Spring onion stick
- 1 Charlotte
- 2 teaspoon Paprika powder
- 1 Garlic clove chopped
- 3 tablespoon Ground hazelnuts
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Black pepper from the mill
- 0,5 Lime
- Lightly toast the hazelnuts in the pan without any fat.
- Mix the sheep’s cheese with the yoghurt. Chop the rocket and cut the spring onion into rings. Dice the Charlotte. Add the ingredients with the garlic and paprika powder to the cheese and mix in.
- Add the olive oil, lime juice and hazelnuts and stir.
- Season to taste with pepper.
