Ingredients
 

pancakes

  • 3 Fresh eggs
  • 70 g Flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 30 g Melted butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Grated nutmeg

Salmoncream

  • 200 g Cream cheese of your choice
  • 1 small Lemon juice from it
  • 200 g Smoked salmon finely mashed
  • 1 Red Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 150 g Table or cream horseradish from the jar
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 150 g Arugula

Instructions
 

  • I beat the dough from the ingredients for the pancake ... from the ingredients for the cream I prepare a mixture, but without the rocket .. !! in hot fat or rapeseed oil i fry very thin pancakes in a pan, which shouldn't be too brown to roll nicely .. on a board i put a pancake and spread the salmon cream over it .. on top i put a handful of rocket ..
  • then I carefully roll the pancakes into a roll .. cut diagonally into narrow strips, I serve with raw vegetables of your choice and vino rosso .. the dough and the cream make about 8 pancakes ..
