Sherry Spicy
The perfect sherry spicy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Sherry medium
- 6 Colorful chilli
- 15 Garlic cloves
- Fresh ginger
- Remove the chilli from the stalk and prick several times with a knife. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into pieces large enough to fit through the hole in the bottle; just like the chillies. Peel the ginger and cut into long strips. Put everything in a transparent bottle and fill up with the sherry. Shake briefly. After about 3 weeks, the sherry can be transferred to a new bottle; just in case the pieces don’t look that good anymore. I leave it. The spicy sherry goes well with soups and sauces.
