  • 0,5 Lime
  • Salt and fresh pepper
  • 2 Messer Sp. Spice mix for carrot salad
  • 2 Sugar
  • Worcester sauce
  • 5 Good oil
  • 2 Vinegar
  • 4 Orange juice
  1. I like to take the baby carrots. It also gets interesting when you can get the red ones on the market. They don’t have to be peeled either. Grate the carrots. Add all ingredients and stir thoroughly. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. By the way: the carotene in the carrot can only be absorbed by the body if oil is also processed. So maybe use good oil.
