Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g pasta, colored (spirals)
- salt water
- 1 leek(s)
- 150 g mushrooms (shiitake)
- 200 g sugar snap peas
- 1 can beans (white giant beans)
- 1 small can of corn
- 2 ½ tbsp chili sauce (sweet chili sauce)
- 1 dash of soy sauce
- e.g. water, boiling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. In the meantime, slice the leek into rings and the mushrooms into pieces. Add the snow peas to a hot pot, fry briefly, and then pour boiling water over them. Simmer for about 4-5 minutes. Drain the canned vegetables. Sauté the leek and mushrooms in a pot, adding a little water if necessary. Then stir in the drained vegetables. Drain the peas and slice them into pieces. Drain the pasta and stir in the peas. Finally, finish with the sauces, mix well, and serve.
