Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Pork loin
  • 3 Red peppers
  • 500 g Raw Wammerl
  • 500 g Onions
  • Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • Shish kebab spice
  • Starch

Instructions
 

  • Sear the pork loin, add the bacon. Then peppers, onions, fry everything well. Then add some sugar to the tomato paste, add water and simmer like goulash. Then salt, pepper, shish kebab spice and finally the cornstarch. I made french fries with it.
