Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 160 g powdered sugar
- 160 g cornstarch
- 250 g butter, very soft, almost melted
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Mix all ingredients together. The dough will be quite firm. Roll out the dough and cut out cookies, or bake the dough whole and cut while still warm. Before baking, pierce the cookies once, or the dough several times, with a fork. Bake in the oven (without fan) at 150°C for about 30 minutes. Makes about 60 cookies. Tip: If the dough is too crumbly, I simply put it in the microwave for 10 seconds.
