Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g butter
  • 500 g sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 4 pts vanilla sugar
  • 1,000 g flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 bottle of flavoring (lemon flavor)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead everything thoroughly and run it through the biscuit attachment of the meat grinder. Place the pieces on a greased baking sheet and bake at 225 degrees Celsius. I take them out after about 10-15 minutes, so they’re not too dark.
