Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 90 g semi-skimmed butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 organic lemon(s), grated peel
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 140 g flour
  • 100 g starch flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 32 minutes

Suitable for WW, makes 30 pieces

Cream the half-fat butter and sugar until fluffy, add the lemon zest, egg, and salt. Combine the flour, starch, and baking powder and knead in. Chill the dough for about 1 hour. Pass the dough through a meat grinder or fill it into a piping bag. Pipe the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper in the shape of bars, circles, or dots, as desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 12 minutes. This makes about 30 loaves with a total of 2012 kcal.
