Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 packs of dough (shortcrust pastry)
- 2 packs of cheese (goat cheese), in rolls
- 250 g crème fraîche
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- ½ tsp thyme
- e.g. cheese (gratin cheese)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
makes 10 pieces
Roll out the shortcrust pastry and cut out circles (approx. 4-5 cm in diameter) using a glass. Line a silicone mold with small indentations with the dough. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a blender. Pour into the prepared mold and sprinkle with a little gratin cheese. Bake at 200°C for approximately 15-20 minutes. Great as finger food or as a small appetizer with salad.
