Shrimp: Avocado Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 10 Shrimp peeled deveined
  • 2 Eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 Lemon, the juice is needed
  • 1 pole Fresh celery
  • 3 Turns of pepper colored
  • 4 Pinches Salt

Instructions
 

  • Remove the peel from the avocado and cut into small pieces. Immediately drizzle with the lemon juice
  • Cut the celery stalk into very fine strips, also cut the eggs into small cubes
  • Do not cut the prawns quite so finely
  • Now put everything with the spices in a bowl and mix carefully. Let stand for about an hour to steep.
