Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g shrimp(s)
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 12 slice(s) baguette(s) or toast
  • Butter, for spreading on bread
  • 12 shrimp(s), (party shrimp)
  • Dill (twigs) for garnish

Instructions

quick and easy to prepare and still looks good

Drain the shrimp thoroughly from the brine. Blend with crème fraîche using the star blade of a hand mixer until creamy. Season with spices and lemon juice. Rinse the dill, pat dry, remove any coarse sprigs, finely chop, and add to the shrimp cream. First, spread the baguette with butter (toast the bread first), then spread with the shrimp cream. Garnish each with a party shrimp and a sprig of dill. Tip: This also works as a starter with a small salad.
