Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g shrimp(s), without intestines and shell
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 limes
- 1 piece(s) ginger root
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 dash of soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 2 servings of rice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes
Place the shrimp in a bowl and toss with the spring onions, finely chopped chili pepper, minced garlic, ginger, lime juice, olive oil, and soy sauce. Let stand in the refrigerator (if possible) for 24 hours. After 24 hours, cook the rice. Add the shrimp to the pan and fry. Then add the rice and season with salt and pepper, adding a little more lime juice if desired.
