Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 piece(s) ginger, approx. 2 cm, squeezed
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp sherry
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 200 g shrimp
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat the oil, sauté the spring onions and ginger for about 2-3 minutes, then deglaze with the remaining ingredients and heat through, stirring constantly. Finally, add the shrimp and heat gently, do not boil. Serve with Chinese egg noodles or green ribbon noodles.
