Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, put them in water, then dry them off and cut into sticks, preferably a french fries cutter.
- Let the oil get hot at approx. 150 C ° and pre-cook the fries until they are almost soft. Remove, heat the fat to 180 C ° and roast the potatoes until golden brown. Then season with salt and paprika.
