Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 point feta cheese
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- e.g. vinegar (brandy vinegar)
- some parsley, chopped
- 1 small can of corn if needed
- some sugar
- some oil

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Tastes best with grilled food!
Wash the bell peppers, halve them, and remove the seeds. Then cut them into thin strips. Peel the onion and slice them thinly. Rinse the kidney beans in a sieve and drain. Peel the cucumber and slice them thinly. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into eighths. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces. Combine everything in a large bowl and season with salt, pepper, a little sugar, the brandy vinegar, and a little oil. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Tip: If desired, you can also add a small can of corn.
