Protein shock – dessert

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 ml quark, alternatively yogurt
  • 100 ml buttermilk
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 8 strawberries
  • 8 grapes, light, seedless
  • 2 bananas
  • n. B. Nuts
  • e.g. cornflakes
  • e.g. chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Whether for brunch or as a dessert – incredibly delicious and filling!

Mix the quark (or yogurt, for example) with the buttermilk. Then split open the vanilla pod, scrape out the seeds, and add to the quark. Add one or more spoonfuls of honey, depending on your preference (just taste how sweet you like it—a tablespoon is usually enough). Wash or peel all the fruit and cut it into small pieces. Then alternately fill dessert glasses, ice cream bowls, or small bowls with a spoonful of the quark mixture, various fruits, nuts, and cornflakes. Sprinkle a few cornflakes on top, place a grape on top, and garnish with a few chocolate sprinkles, if desired. The whole thing should be made fresh and eaten immediately, otherwise the cornflakes will become soggy. This protein shock is perfect as a dessert, as well as a delicious and filling snack, or as an accompaniment to a good cocktail.
