Simple beef soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 liters of boiling water
  • 3 cubes of beef broth
  • 1 stalk(s) leek (large stalk)
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 beef steak(s)
  • ½ package of noodles (soup noodles)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the steak into chunks. Peel and slice the carrots. Trim and slice the leek. Bring the water to a boil and add the meat and stock cubes. Stir until the cubes dissolve. Then let the stock simmer for about 45-60 minutes. Add the carrots and leek and cook until the carrots are tender. Now add the soup noodles and cook again until the noodles are tender. Season to taste and serve hot.
