Herb butter / Grill & Steak Butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter (or semi-skimmed or light butter if required)
  • 2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs of your choice (frozen)
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp iodized salt with herbs
  • 1 tsp spice mix (grill seasoning) or vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grill & steak butter, also available as a light version

Place the piece of butter in a bowl and mash it well with a fork. Then add the spices, herbs, and garlic. Mix everything together until the butter is evenly colored. Make sure there are no lumps of butter (this will impair the flavor). Now simply shape it as desired, or simply leave it in a bowl, smooth it out, and serve. Tip: If you want to bring the butter as a party favor, prepare it the day before and refrigerate it first; it will taste truly aromatic this way.
