Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 ½ liters of beef broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of marjoram
  • 30 g margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Peel the potatoes and cut into approximately 1 cm cubes. Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into thin, bite-sized strips. Add both to the beef broth and simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the onions and sauté in a pan with the margarine until translucent. Add the ground beef. Season generously with salt and pepper and fry until browned. When the potatoes are tender, strain enough of the broth to just cover the cabbage and potatoes. Lightly mash the potatoes, but do not puree them completely. Stir in the cooked ground beef. Season with marjoram to taste.
