  • 125 g blueberries

Instructions

Combine flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Then add butter, milk, eggs, and apple cider vinegar and mix until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Half-fill the muffin cups with the prepared batter, place about three blueberries per muffin in the batter, and spread the remaining batter on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (convection oven) for about 25 minutes on the middle rack. Note: The apple cider vinegar is not absolutely necessary, but it does add a special flavor to the muffins.
