Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 10 potatoes, floury ones work best
- 5 onions, peeled and diced
- Maggi
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- possibly milk
- 2 pieces of Bockwurst
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with Bockwurst
Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water until they begin to fall apart. Season with Maggi while cooking. Meanwhile, sauté the diced onions in a little butter until golden brown. Puree the potatoes in the salted water using a blender. Then add the onions, season with pepper, salt, nutmeg, and a little more Maggi to taste. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water. A little milk can also be added to taste. Stir everything thoroughly again. Serve with a delicious Bockwurst.
