Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 330 g flour
- 180 g butter, soft
- 125 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 15 g cocoa powder, according to taste
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 ml cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 20 g cornstarch
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g sugar, according to taste
- 70 g butter, soft, almost liquid
- 3 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Dough: Mix the dough ingredients until smooth. Set aside a small amount of dough for “pinching” the dough. Spread the remaining dough into a greased pan; the edges don’t need to be even. Refrigerate the dough in the pan and the remaining dough until the filling is ready. Filling: Mix all the filling ingredients until smooth and spread over the dough. Pinch the remaining chocolate dough onto the mixture. The pieces don’t need to be evenly sized. Bake at 180°C for about 60 minutes and let cool.
