- 5 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 175 g margarine
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 1 can condensed milk, sweetened, 400 g, milkmaid or original Russian

Russian wafer rolls filled with milk cream
Make a thick batter from eggs, sugar, margarine, flour, and vanilla sugar. Bake waffles in a waffle iron for waffle rolls and immediately roll them into rolls while they’re still hot. You can cut them in half to make them easier to fill and look like more of a roll. For the cream, beat the butter with the sweetened condensed milk. Fill the cooled rolls with fillings, such as a syringe. Refrigerate overnight and let them set.
