Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100g spaghetti
- 30 g Parmesan, for grating
- 2 tbsp olive oil, cold pressed
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- ½ bunch basil
- 6 tbsp tomato puree, with pieces
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions

Fast and uncomplicated
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, depending on the type of spaghetti or the package instructions. Meanwhile, place the tomato puree in a warmed bowl. Briefly wash the basil, drain, and slice into strips. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Mix the basil, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper into the tomato puree. Grate the cheese and add it. Drain the cooked spaghetti (do not rinse) and immediately toss with the tomato sauce. Serve hot.
