Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 hamburger bun, preferably made from brioche dough
  • 1 burger patty, approx. 150 g
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp tzatziki

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Fry the patty in olive oil for about 3-4 minutes on both sides. In the meantime, slice the tomato and feta cheese, and slice the onion. Just before the patty is ready, place the hamburger bun, inside out, in the pan and let it toast briefly. Then top with the bun (bottom), 1 tablespoon of tzatziki, arugula, tomato, a few onion rings, the patty, feta cheese, the remaining tzatziki, the remaining onion rings, and the lid. Insert a wooden skewer into the burger. It’s best to eat the burger with a knife and fork. Serve with potato wedges or French fries.
