SIS semolina porridge

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g soft wheat semolina
  • 500 ml soy milk (soy drink), vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Stir the semolina into the cold soy milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Adding sugar isn’t necessary, as the soy milk is sweetened enough. Serve with cinnamon sugar or fruit, depending on your taste. I like to top it with 20g of brown butter. The finished semolina porridge, including 20g of cinnamon sugar, has 100 carbs and is a delicious, filling breakfast.
