Wild garlic vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g wild garlic
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 pinches of nutmeg
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ tsp vegetable broth
  • 250 ml water
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash and dry the wild garlic. Blanch the wild garlic and refresh it in cold water to retain its beautiful green color, then dry it again. Dice the onion and press the garlic. Sauté the onion with garlic and nutmeg in butter. Tear the wild garlic apart and add it. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle the vegetable stock over the garlic, stir in the water and sour cream, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes and serve.
