Skyr Bun
The perfect skyr bun recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Almond flour or flour
- 50 g Protein powder
- 150 g Skyr yogurt
- 2 piece Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 pinch Salt
- Mix the flour, protein powder, Skyr yogurt, eggs, baking powder, chia seeds and salt well in a bowl.
- Then form rolls from the dough.
- Before baking, cut the rolls briefly with a knife so that they can rise.
- Bake the rolls in a fan oven for 20 minutes.
- The extra portion of protein is ready!
