Skyr Bun

The perfect skyr bun recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Almond flour or flour
  • 50 g Protein powder
  • 150 g Skyr yogurt
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Mix the flour, protein powder, Skyr yogurt, eggs, baking powder, chia seeds and salt well in a bowl.
  2. Then form rolls from the dough.
  3. Before baking, cut the rolls briefly with a knife so that they can rise.
  4. Bake the rolls in a fan oven for 20 minutes.
  5. The extra portion of protein is ready!
