- 300 g Pork fillet head
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Coarse salt
- Garlic pepper
- Paprika powder
- Dried rosemary
- Butter for frying
- 6 Broccoli florets fresh
- 0,5 liter Salt water
- Butter
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Wash the meat, pat dry with salt and pepper and season the paprika powder in the hot butter, quickly fry until crispy, add 1 shot glass of the broth and let it boil off with rosemary to taste
