Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillets
  • 1 Apple
  • 100 g Dried apricots
  • 0,5 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove small
  • 10 g Clarified butter
  • 500 ml Granulated broth
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Ground turmeric spice
  • Parsley and tarragon
  • 2 tsp Mustard sweet
  • 2 tsp Lion mustard, mild

Instructions
 

  • Cut the meat into narrow strips. Wash and core the apple and cut into small pieces. Also cut the apricots into small pieces. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.
  • Fry and season the meat. Take out and sauté the fruit, onion and garlic and remove.
  • Now pour the broth into the roaster and add the turmeric, parsley and tarragon to the broth. Now add the mustard. Depending on your taste, bind the sauce a little. Now season the sauce to taste and add seasoning if necessary.
  • Bring the sauce to the boil again and add the meat with the fruit mixture to the saucepan. I give noodles as a side dish. If you don't like the east with the meat, you can alternatively take broccoli and celery. The preparation is the same as for the fruit. The amount is also to be set the same.
