  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 250 ml beef broth
  • 200 g chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, 150 – 200 g
  • salt and pepper
  • chili paste

Finely dice the onions. Slice the garlic. Brown the meat in a pan with olive oil. Once it’s browned to your liking, remove from the pan. Sauté the onions and garlic. Add the meat and cook for a while. Pour in the beef broth and simmer. Season with spices and crème fraîche and bring back to a boil. I served mashed potatoes as a side dish. Rice and pasta also go well with this dish.
