  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 100 g arugula
  • 100 g tomatoes, dried
  • some oil
  • 400 g pork or turkey strips
  • 400 ml meat broth or vegetable broth
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 100 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • some salt and pepper
  • possibly sauce thickener

Peel and dice the onion. Trim, wash, and slice the mushrooms. Wash the arugula and finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Heat the oil and brown the meat. Add the onions and mushrooms and brown. Pour in the stock and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the arugula and tomatoes and heat briefly. Stir in the crème fraîche and white wine and season the sauce with salt and pepper. Thicken with a sauce thickener if desired. Serve with rice.
