Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken legs
- 100 g butter
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp parsley
- 4 tbsp cheese, grated
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash and dry the chicken thighs. Melt the butter and brush some of the butter over the thighs. Combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, cheese, crushed garlic clove, salt, pepper, and paprika and spread the mixture over the thighs. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the chicken thighs on it, and pat with the remaining butter. Roast in the oven on the middle rack at 240°C for 40 minutes. If the thighs start to get too brown, simply cover with aluminum foil and finish cooking.
