Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g millet
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp liquid honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt, freshly ground
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 90 g cream cheese, grainy
- 5 radishes
- ½ cucumber(s)
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
- 1 chili pepper(s), fresh

Prepare the millet in the broth according to the package instructions. Mix the mustard, oil, honey, and lemon juice to make a dressing in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the cream cheese. Then cut the radishes into eight long strips. Cut the cucumber into eight long strips, remove the seeds, and dice. Dice the bell peppers and finely slice the spring onions. Then deseed the tomatoes and finely chop them. Add chopped chili to taste. Finally, fold in the millet. This is enough as a main course for one person or as a side dish for two.
